Topic: Why a Corporate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program is Critical to Your Success
Grant will provide solutions on how to create and implement a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment to ensure a prosperous future for your operations, boost your organization’s reputation, set the tone for your corporate culture, and improve the health and wellbeing of your people. Join speaker J. Grant Caplan as he shares the why and the how to lead and implement (and then measure) successful diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Grant will also lead the Buyers Solutions Roundtable, just for buyers.  In advance of our monthly meeting, buyers can join other buyers to discuss objectives or issues you are facing and seek solutions with each other - everyone can raise issues in confidence and go through facilitated ideation to find some quick solutions.

Speaker: J. Grant Caplan
Grant has been in the managed travel and meetings/events business for over 25 years, bringing a combination of enterprise travel consulting and experience in managing, leading, and directing companies. Working primarily with Fortune Global 500 companies, his expertise includes global technology and TMC services, program integration, GDS selections, travel program audit, RFP development, fractional services, and supplier management. His focus and passions for client engagement, transparency in business, commitment to education, industry relations, brand strategy, and personal integrity are the talents Grant brings to each team member, supplier, and client. In Procurigence, Grant has developed a brand offering expanded client services while maintaining a strong position of unbiased influence. Prior to joining Procurigence, his experience includes founding and managing Travel Consulted, 2 years with TCG Consulting, and as a founding partner with Consulting Strategies (13 years). He has a solid technology groundbreaking history in the travel industry. In 2021, he was named to Northstar Media's "15 Event Professionals Making an Impact." Again in 2023, he was named to ConventionSouth's list, "Meeting Professionals to Watch." Grant served as founding Chairman on GBTA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and has served on their Advocacy and their Travel Technology Committee, as well as having served as a featured speaker at over 40 Global travel industry events, including multiple presentations for GBTA’s Mexico and other chapters. He has been quoted and published numerous times in The New York Times, US Business Review, The Washington Post, Business Travel Executive, Business Travel News, The Company Dime, and other trade publications.
