GBTA North Central Chapter - Holiday Gala & Silent Auction

Festive Holiday Attire!

4:00 - Registration, Cocktail Reception, Appetizers and Silent Auction Opens
6:30 - Wall of Wine Closes

6:45 - First Silent Auction Closes (There will be multiple silent auction closings during the event). 

7:30 - Close of Holiday Event

Guests are welcome to attend for a $50 fee.

 Winter Wear Clothing Drive:

Your generosity would be appreciated by donating new hats, mittens, gloves, scarves or coats/jackets.  We would like to focus on children however adults need to stay warm too.  So please open up your hearts and wallets and let’s help those in need.  No one deserves to be cold in Minnesota. 

 Our Designated Charity:

VEAP (Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People) helping neighbors in need and ultimately strengthen communities. VEAP has been operating under this principle for over 35 years, providing a range of services to help low-income people meet immediate needs and reach their long-term goal of stability.  VEAP serves the residents of Bloomington, Richfield, Edina and South Minneapolis.  www.veapvolunteers.org

“The Wall of Wine” For $10 you can purchase a numbered cork; once all bottles on the wall of wine have been sold, you will be able to take home the bottle of wine that matches your corresponding numbered corked. 

All wines are valued at $10 or more.

Multiple corks may be purchased in advance, along with your event registration. 
If wine is not your beverage of choice, please consider participating by giving your winning bottle as a holiday gift!

 Silent Auction Proceeds Contribute to Our Scholarship Fund

We are asking our members to be creative and donate an item, gift certificate or service… nothing will be refused!  Attached are the formal letter of request and the donation form.               

The silent auction deadline for donations is Friday December 6, 2013.
