About Jack Reynaert
Jack reports into Financial Shared Services, and manages a travel team of 8 at Meritor (an OEM supplier of heavy truck axles & components). They have global responsibility for the companies 20+ countries and have fully integrated: travel bookings, expense tool management/technology interfaces, corporate credit card, travel vendors, strategic meeting and corporate aircraft operations. The current configuration is a P&L/CTD/Rent-a-Plate model, with the CTD supporting (USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Singapore, Japan & India).
Jack has been in the travel industry since 1977, managing corporate travel for half his career at three companies; also working at: airlines, TMC, Rental Car, GDS, and recently started an Airbnb at his second home that he built for his parents in 1987. program. He co-chairs NAPCP’s Corporate Travel Card advisory board.
There is a long family history with NPTA/NBTA/GBTA…
Jack’s late father was one of the founders of the Michigan Business Travel Association and the travel manager at Ford Motor Company for four decades. This inspired Jack to enter the travel industry. Jack has been a member of the Michigan BTA since 1986, and has serviced in many capacities, including Chapter President, twice! and currently is Chairs the Education Committee.
